Organoleptic properties:Ruby red color tending to garnet, intense and fine bouquet, tannic, robust, persistent and harmonious. A wine with a deep personality, serious but casual, whose austere character blends with a fresh and very pleasant mouthfeel.
Ageing:
Vinification: manual harvesting, selection of the best grapes, maceration and alcoholic fermentation in contact with the skins in temperature-controlled steel tanks with pumping of the must over the grape dregs. Ageing for 24 months in concrete tanks.
Pairings:
The best expression of Sangiovese from our vineyards, once again with the help of its three friends: Canaiolo, Ciliegiolo and Colorino, which pare down the mouthfeel. It wonderfully accompanies stews, roast chicken and other traditional Tuscan meat dishes.
